School Fees, 1970

Before commencing at Scotch, my parents and I attended an interview with the Principal, Colin Healy. I recall that the fees outlined during that interview were $243 per term for day boys. Even allowing for inflation, it seems that the real-cost of attending Scotch has increased over the years, and that $243 was indeed very good value!

The school fees for me to attend Scotch College were paid for by my grand-father, Chief Justice of the Industrial Relations Commission.
