The response curve below was measured in a smallanechoic chamber. The chamber was designed for operation over the range200Hz to 10kHz. Reflections from the wall of the chamber increase in severityas the frequency is lowered below 200Hz, and would give rise to a coupleof deciBels of error in the measurement at 50Hz. The microphone positionwas at 1m from the speaker to minmise the effect of chamber reflections.
